I, {Enter Name Below to Agree} Agree to the VEHICLE SOLD “AS IS” agreement: The motor vehicle sold under this contract is being sold “as-is” and is not represented as being in roadworthy condition, mechanically sound or maintained at any guaranteed level of quality. The vehicle may not be t for use as a means of transportation and may require substantial repairs at the purchaser’s expense. It may not be possible to register the vehicle to be driven in its current condition.

I understand that the acceptance of my offer to purchase is subject to the vendor's approval. I further acknowledge that all vehicle sold by the vendor are sold as is with no repairs or certification and that I have reviewed the vehicle online and/or in person and I am satisfied with its conditions. I acknowledge I will receive the unit on an "AS IS", "WHERE IS" basis with "NO WARRANTY" given or implied. Upon acceptance of my offer to purchase I will execute the vendor's bill of sale which includes applicable Tax and Transfer Fees. Vehicle must be paid for in full and removed within one week of acceptance. Any vehicles left after this one week will have storage charges added to the vehicle under the new ownership name.
